Lawn Order, my new mystery novel, is coming in December 2010 from Five Star Mysteries! It's a story of poisoned pigeons, southern sisters, a mysterious stranger, and a strangled body in a sofa bed.
I'm the author of a series of humorous mystery stories appearing over the past twenty years or so in Hitchcock. My first mystery novel, Wilder Rumors, came out in May 2007. I started out limiting my shelf to mysteries, short stories, picture books, and cookbooks. Mysteries and short stories because I love them and write them; picture books because I like to push books on young children whenever I can; cookbooks because I can't help cooking. But it turns out I can't help myself when it comes to books, either, so now there's a bit of everything on my shelf. You can use the tags to sort through them. If a book is on the shelf I liked it. I haven't included any I didn't like.
