How wonderful! My son is in his high school choir and sings bass. It is funny because he is 5'8" and weighs about 95lbs. He is so thin, no one expects that huge voice to come out. I love to see people's expressions when it does.

Carl's choir sang at Disney World last summer and is planning to go to Boston and sing at the Old North Church this summer.

I admire you for teaching. My mom taught elementary for 20 years and my daughter is working on her degree in early childhood development now.

Yes Anne Pidegon is a slow staring series by Nevada Barr, will try and check out 13 1/2 and I am on a awaiting list for the other book about the boy who almost died, title escapes me now but its about heaven..
Next Evanovitch is out June 21st...

Just finished A Salty Piece of Land by Jimmy Buffett and it was a good read- not a mystery. I was unable to attend a thank you celebration at the library for the volunteers as I had been to dentist earlier that day and didn't feel great, plus I do not care for things when people should their thanks- Well I got a card in the mail from the library and they dedicated a book for me with my name on a bookplate.

have you updated this lately? today I checked out Honeymoon by Patterson and a mystery by you aren't gopnna believe, Jimmy Buffett ( chesseburger in paradise guy) cover said it is his latest of 5..if you haven't read it I'll let you know what I think

I want to tell you about a book I found at the library in the non fiction part of the childrens section. The authors name caught my attention: Lynne Cheney and the book is A Timeline of Americas Freedom. I checked it out just to look through it and it is just that a timeline of everything that happened in our history with a little info along with it. Jennifer said it could have helped with some of her history classes and so I thought it may help Bri or Kade if they need a source. It is not a "kiddie book" and is a hard back. Just passing on the info.

Thanks Melody for letting me be your friend here- How long have you been readind Parker? Seems like you have read alot of his and I see 2 of Pattersons that I don't have on my list ( Toys and Tick Tock) - gotta go revisit Stop It Your Killing Me for an update..Haven't told you but I am working (volunteering) at the library. Hope all is well with you =)
