Yeah, it is strange...kind of cool to :).
I really love DIOM. I've only read Raising Dragons, The Candlestone, and Circles of Seven so far. My library dosen't have the fourth so I'm still trying to get my hands on a copy. What was your favorite from the series? So far mine is The Candlestone.
Mere Christianity is suprisingly really good. The way C. S. Lewis writes is amazing he makes the most complecated things seems so simple. My family is doing it as study together so we got some questions to go along with it which also help with understanding it.
I use a different curriculum for every subject I use. I've always used Saxon for math and Exploring Creation for science though. This year I'm going to be using:
Exploring America by Ray Notgrass for history (I highly reccomend this for highschool students), Saxon math, Prodgeny Press study guides for literature (I'm planning on reading A Tale of Two Cities first), the bible for bible, and Exploring Creation with Physics by Dr. J. L. Wyle. It's going to be a loaded school year that will take a lot of hard work and applying myself but I'm ready...I think.
heyyy wuzzup? i havent been on here in like, FOREVER. soo anyway, i thought i would take the time to update my shelf! i still have wayyyy less
than your impressive 379 books though (cough cough 27 :( not very much). but hey, i get pretty bored during the summer.
