Actually, either would be fine. Since I don't have the budget to travel there for research and since current books don't always have what I'm looking for, I just want someone I can e-mail questions to like, "What is a good local drink/meal someone would in a certain region would eat?; Where in China can I find a village that is a rural area that is segregated from the rest of China?; What do people do for entertainment in a certain region? These are just a sample of the types of questions I may have. I will be happy to acknowledge the person in my book for their help.
I would love to submit to a journal. I also saw a that you have comment that you have books relating to China. Maybe you can give me some advice. I am working on my sequel to The Samson Effect and I have been looking for a person familiar with modern China and Chinese life that I could fact-check items in the book with. If you know someone who may be interested in helping, I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Hi, saw your note. I am just building my shelfari profile and was doing a quick search in the DFW area. I was a minister for 10 years and still fill the pulpit on occasion. I saw some of the books on your shelf of a religious nature, many of which I have read and dropped a friendship invitation.
I see we have some books in common. Please visit my new group, Literature of Grace, and see if you'd like to join.
forgive me but arnt you the one who set all world records for most butter????
Hi Karen, I saw your name on allisonsymythe's shelf, which I found because she was one of a few that had a book I did. small world! Will I see you at the Glen this summer? Hope so! --NancyN
You have so many China books and I have started a China group. Would you like to join?
