Well to start you can call me Mel :) I’m a quirky, goofy, down to earth girl that has her head in the clouds. People who don't know me think I'm quiet but once you get to know me I'm won't shut up lol. I am an Assumption Alumni attending Assumption College in Worcester, MA I'm in my second year of grad school to obtain my masters in rehabilitation counseling. My favorite foods are Mexican, Indian, Thai and Chinese (I have an international pallet and I love many unusual dishes and I’m also big on my veggies –salad whore!). My favorite colors are green and pink. Things that I love are Sphinx my cat and Shadow my dog- both have passed but remain in my heart, Stanley- my RAV 4, cooking, museums, cultural festivals, horror films, Hello Kitty, Life is Good stuff, urban legends & myths, the paranormal, animals and advocating against animal abuse. I donate to the humane society & it's really a great cause- check it out! I enjoy art immensely and making all kinds of art. I am also very much into photography and always have my camera handy. I also immeasurably love reading ("A room without books is like a body without a soul." --Cicero) and it’s the one thing that distracts me from my homework. I also love exercising and I go to the gym usually everyday bc it is a great way to start the day. I additionally enjoy hiking, picnics, dining out, horseback riding, kayaking, art galleries, shopping, clubbing, critiquing films, watching TV, listening to music, traveling, theme parks, going to the theater and watching plays, musicals and esp love stand-up comedy. And most of all I enjoy going out and having a drink with my awesome friends and just having fun. To sum it up as Mimi said in Rent: "I'm looking for baggage that goes with mine."
