So, I just finished lost and found and... loved it! I am officially on vacation, btw. I have been reading for about eight hours. My copy of the book club book shipped today, so hopefully it arrives soon enough for me to finish in time.
I started Lost and Found today and am loving it!
I think listening to it was probably a lot of it; her voice bothered me a little. Parts of it were definately funny, though. I think I'll still check out her first book.

That is too cool! I want to explore the site more now that you say that. We are going to Chicago for our annual Anniversary weekend getaway. We need to get busy planning for it, the Oak park walk is all we have on our list so far. I just started Catcher in the Rye yesterday, finally. Hey! I was going to try to give you a heads up before I start Straight Man, but I finished Water for Elephants and don't want to start Infidel now, so I'm skipping to Straight Man. Depending on how fast it goes and what we pick on Friday I may take a break from it to read the next book club book, but I wanted to let you know just in case.By the way, I loved Water for Elephants!

So, About a Boy...It's fun and cute. Not sure if it is becuse I know it was made into a movie but it totally reads like it was written to be a movie. No filler, jumping from stage to stage in relationship. I'm curious to watch it now because I'm visualizing so many scenes and how the director might choose to illustrate things.
