I love books! Knowledge is power...one way of accumalating that knowledge is through reading. My favorite thing is reading a book recommended by somebody I admire whether it'd be a friend or a celebrity...especially a celebrity cause I'm infactuaed with fame (lol)....I've read so many books I've honestly lost count! The ones on my shelf are only ones I could remember off the top of my head....I really like to read biographies usually about people in music or movies... but I could read a bio about anyone from A to Z....the main thing the individual has to be interesting & somehow relatable to me in somekinda way or helpful to me in my existence in some way, shape or form...but it could be anyone or anything really. I dont waste my time reading fiction...although I've read a few. My great grandmother got me to start reading when I was three. She got me reading in English & in Spanish...we use to read my mom's lil communion bible & Mexican & American tabloid newspaper magazines, yup like Star & Inquirer MInds (LOL)...think that's why I love tabloids now & famous people (LOL). When I was lil my dad use to make it an "outing" to go to the library & I just thought he was so cool (lol)... wanted to be like him...so my dad was also a big inspiration that accustomed me into reading & libraries. I live in Seattle now...there's certain things that go w/ reading , hand in hand in my opinion, that's cold rain & the sound of it , jazz music, java/ hot coco & a candle burning ..(LOL)...that's Seattle to me in the winter.
