“A must read! Tony shows how focusing on people, profits, and puppies turned Zappos into the $1.2 billion on-line shoe retailer that Amazon purchased last year. Zappos achieved it's success by building it's people and culture and focusing on the customer. Tony offers great advice for every business (or CPA firm). I loved the Zappos pipeline and how they focus on training and learning. I highly recommend this to every business person interested in engaging their people in a win-win-win way.”

“Great read! laird takes you on a surfing journey and ends up giving you life lessons for handling the big waves of life. Got this for my college-aged son who has started surfing and read it with him on way to winter vacation. Loved it!”

“A must read for anyone managing people or leading organizations today. Daniel Pink has done it again with a well researched look at what motivates people and what organizations should do about it. I love the Goldilocks and Sawyer methods! Also, puts the "billable hour" in question as he talks about profesisonals and how they are managed.”
