Strengths finder 2.0 and taking the strengths test was certainly paradigm shifting so I would have to say that was most influential whereas the other two books, "First, Discover Your Strengths" and "Strength Based Leadership" fine tune the idea, provide numerous real world examples and help you to further delve into a strength based approach.

If you haven't read "How full is your bucket?" I would highly recommend it. Its a light read but rather uplighting read that tangents off of the strength based approach (the book took me about 45 minutes in a doctors office from cover to cover).

Just to add to your comments, ivy league grad schools used to include questions regarding what you'd read recently that impressed you and why. Books we read say a lot about who we are and who we want to be.

I just signed up on Shelfari yesterday and registered my bookclub -- will see if other members of a physical group can use this virtual approach. There are some definite possibilities.

I'd really thought of Shelfari as more of a fiction/social bookclub site. When I saw that you were reading the Back of the Napkin I took a look at your booklist and found several titles that I'd like to investigate further. Also, your profile comments are definitely thumbs-up from me. If you don't mind, I'd like to add you as a friend so I can track your bookshelf!
