It is the epitome of my day to curl up with a new book and some hot cocoa! I have always loved reading since a young age and now as a junior high school student I have graduated from a self-proclaimed book worm to an admitted bibliophile. Finding a new gem you have never read before and...

I’d like to take a brief moment to introduce my book, Billy Christmas, which is being released by Alan Squire Publishing worldwide, both in print and as an ebook, on October 1st, 2012. I’m still staggered by this fact because, for a very long time, my writing didn’t seem to impress anyone,...

This book was brilliant. I've always wanted to know what happened in the years between Khan's introduction in Space Seed and The Wrath of Khan. I really liked this version of what could have happened and by the end of it all, I felt a little sorry for Khan. Learning of the real difficulties that Khan and his crew endured while on Ceti Alpha V shows the severe progression from the difficulties of starting a new colony right up to the point just before Ceti Alpha VI explodes. The hardships over the 15 years they were on the planet were filled with much more negative than positive which the movie "The Wrath of Khan" gives us just a small taste of. Greg Cox fills in the gaps very nicely and in a fashion that combines the TV episode showing Khan's introduction and "The Wrath of Khan" where we get to see the result of the events that happened in between them. This great story of a man and how he deals with the adversity that befalls him is very engaging and entertaining.

Great read... even if you don't like Trek.

    The Da Vinci Code

Every other chapter was great. All the chapters with the story unfolding in them. It seemed that the other chapters were a history lesson and they were difficult to get through. Every other chapter was great. All the chapters with the story unfolding in them. It seemed that the other chapters were a history lesson and they were difficult to get through. I did read the entire book though so that says something. If you don't mind reading the historical chapters then you'll enjoy this book. If that sort of thing will make you fall asleep, you may want to skip it and read something else.
