I'm 39 years old and I live near Baltimore Maryland. I'm an avid reader and always have been. I welcome discussion on books of all kinds. I read from most genre's, except maybe poetry and mystery/detective stories. I would have to say my favorites would have to be historical fiction, non-fiction, psychology, vampire, and classics. I'm always up for a good recommendation on something you may have found fascinating to read.

I have two children who love to read as well and an infant that I hope to ignite a passion for reading in as well. I read to my first two from birth everyday and continued to read to them long after they could read on their own. Definitely some of my favorite times of all. They are 18 and 17 now and we still discuss books in depth and are constantly recommending books to one another. My son has rekindled my science fiction and fantasy reading that I did a lot of when I was younger.
