I'm responding to your question about "Three Cups of Tea" I highly recommend this book. It gave me hope for the future that we can interact with others and help them help themselves. It speaks to the best in human nature and the ability of one person without vast resources to do so much to benefit so many. Excellent, eye-opening book. Be well, Pam
The "Princess Bride" is a great book, but one of the few that I enjoyed the movie better than the book (for example, I preferred the story line of "Jaws" the movie to the book. As Emily says, the book is hilarious, but the movie w/the excellent soundtrack is better, the cast is perfect! YES, read the book but be sure to follow it up with the movie for dessert [VBG]. Enjoy!!!
Oh my gosh. You took that photo? I thought it was just something that you came across. It's great! I have 2 senior cats. One of which I rescued last week. Thanks for the info. Anything would have to be more serious than Sideways Stories. LOL. I'll check out Holes.
Hey there. I was checking out your faves and saw Holes there. I am looking for books for my 10-year-old son with Aspergers, and he loved this book by Louis Sachar called Sideways Stories From Wayside School. Holes would be a great book to try. Also, love your cat pic.
