Whats to say? Been a bookworm my whole life and my soul has yearned to write at least half my lifetime but my practical side stomps on that fairly sucessfully except for a brief period ending close to a decade ago. Maybe I will escape practicalities again someday but it takes planning and strength training which I am doing in secret. Musn't let any one know...shhh.

What else? Speaking of practicalities: Divorced about 18mos ago, single mom, waiting for an employer to discover me while I sit in the occasional interview trying to look like I am the next best thing (which I am).

Other than that I have books everywhere that I am reading....at least 4 on my bedside table two in the loo and one or two floating around the house. I read books in multiples at times. because of the chaos divorce brought the depth of my intellectual reading in the last two years has left something to be desired...mostly cheesy paperback whodunits from the dump swap shed. Hey they are free!! However as a body of evidence to my vast interests I have book shelves on the Occult both old and new, bookshelves of re-printed antique journals and 17th London historical books from my writing research days. I have books about books and books about plants. I have books of poems old and new and books on just about everything exept sports and cars. My ex took those with him when he left. I also have two extremly large books of bound newspaper editions from the turn of last century. I like books....the looks the feel. I will just buy them for no reason. If there are no books I tend to buy pads of paper, blank journals and/or pens to write with. Its a weakness and I am weak. « less
