"You know you've read a good book when you read the last page and feel as though you've lost a friend." - I love books that make me feel this way and I'm always looking for new titles and authors to check out!

This story was filled with some twists and turns I wasn't expecting for the characters, but I was pleased with the reconciliation at the end of the story (between Brianna and Jamie/Brianna and Roger). Overall, great story and looking forward to moving on to the next.

Fantastic story--suffered a rollercoaster of emotions while reading this book. And the ending...way to keep me hooked to this series! I'm really looking forward to the next story. Highly recommended!

Such a great story! I was a bit concerned with how long it would take me to finish the book and wasn't sure if it would hold my attention, but I couldn't put this book down once I started it. Beautifully written with unforgettable characters. Can't wait to read the next story and continue with series. Highly recommended!

This story was enjoyable--very different from what I expected after reading the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. There is one major theme/plot, and I guess the rest of the series will read like mini episodes with the addition of different supporting characters. Looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

This story is my least favorite of the series. I was hoping the series would end on a high note, but it fell flat for me. Raelynd and Crevan's characters are both interesting, and fit well together, however, pieces of the plot are a bit predictable. I'm hoping Sinclair will continue with the series, because I'd like to read a story about Craig and Meriel.

This story was very entertaining--I probably enjoyed it the most of the series so far. Ellenor's character reminded me much of Laurel's character from the first book of the series. I liked how Sinclair made Cole and Ellenor's past struggles similar to bring them closer together in regards to letting the other help them come to terms with and overcome the tragedies they both experienced and felt responsible for.

Very enjoyable story to read--just as entertaining as the previous one of the series.

This was such an enjoyable story. The plot was great and kept me hooked, and Sinclair created some pretty memorable characters in the leads of Conor and Laurel, as well a host of supporting characters. Conor and Laurel's back and forth arguing about the same issue did seem a bit drawn out at times, but overall the story moved at a nice pace. I'm looking forward to continuing the rest of the series; it seems very promising. Highly recommended!

What a great way to end this series. I think Catherine and Lachlan's story is my favorite of the series. There is plenty of romance, suspense and adventure. The series wrapped up nicely and it was enjoyable to read the evolution of the previous couples from the prior stories. I highly recommend this series from MacLean, I'm interested in reading more from this author.

I was very interested in reading Angus' story--he was a bit of a enemy to Duncan and Amelia in Captured by the Highlander, and after his betrayal, I was curious to read about his story of redemption and love. Gwendolen is the perfect character to complement Angus and their story is just as enjoyable to read. Looking forward to the next story, this is a very enjoyable series.
