I'm a Seattle native and an avid reader. I'm the mother of two adult sons. Single. Work in the legal biz. I've been a voracious reader since childhood. I enjoy all genres of fiction (and even a select few non-fiction) and particularly like reading books about other cultures and eras with a special fondness for Latin American authors.

    Hello:
Dracula: Hearts of Fire is now available.
The adventure continues as 12-year-old Jenny goes out in search of herself and to learn the ways of the wizards. Dracula is happier than he has been in centuries but he senses that big trouble is on the horizon.
Lauren has news for Michael but will the vampire be able to handle it. The Siamese cat Moon Diamond continues to struggle with his condition, with yet another twist rearing its ugly head. Piers Anthony is reluctant to battle evil vampires, but Dracula sends him out to fight nonetheless.
A 90-year-old Annie asks Dracula to transform her.
Dracula: Hearts of Fire has more romance, fighting and vampires. There’s plenty of humor to tickle your funny bone.
Readers are the smartest people, with imaginations that soar and hearts that sing. Without them writers may as well be birds without wings.
    Its a good book May 30, 2012
“Liked this book. Quite the money's worth; one of those rare occasions when you feel you did not go wrong with an indie.”

    Dracula: Hearts of Stone.
“I found myself "hearing" the characters in this story. They are well written and I found myself able to leave the normal world behind. I deeply enjoyed the humor and the addition of P. Anthony, that was a touch I did not expect at all. Dracula in this book is seen in a different light, not a true creature of evil at all. I do suggest that you read this book as it is very good and enjoyable.”

Dear Magia: I am an author from Massachusetts. I noticed that you like books about different cultures. My next novel ALBERTVILLE takes place in the Congo in 1960. Hopefully, that will come out next year. I also plan to write a novel called COMRADE LOLITA, focusing on the Puerto Rican nationalists who attacked the House of Reps in the early 1950s and tried to assassinate Harry truman. My debut novel HUNTING THE KING was published in April. If you enjoy reading a good thriller, you might like HUNTING. The novel revolves around a charismatic young woman named Molly O’Dwyer. Molly was five years old when she witnessed her mother die in a fire. She never knew her father. After her mother’s death, she was raised on the campus of a Jesuit college. Now an archaeologist, she has been recruited to participate on a dig in war torn Iraq. As a scientist she is compelled to discover whatever or whoever is buried under the sands of ancient Babylon. As an observant Catholic, she is scared that whatever she finds will have devastating consequences for her faith. There is a wonderful YouTube book trailer well worth watching if you have the chance. Happy Thanksgiving. Peter

His name is Baraka Atkins. He is a former University of Miami football player. He is also a nice guy. His father was a former mayor of Sarasota. Maybe your sons might have heard of him. My brother also played for University of Miami and was drafted to the Patriots. Yeah, Seattle did well last year and should have a good team this year as well from what I hear.

Thanks Magia. I have met so many nice people here. Be sure to let me know what you think about my poems. I hope you enjoy the read.

I'm not sure if you're into football, but my brother's good friend was recently drafted by the Seattle Seahawks.
