  • The Ancient One

    The Ancient One says

You Have All The Time In The World

Say good-bye to a hectic life:

    1. Feel Life

Enjoy the moment and enjoy your life rather than to rush in an attempt to attain goals. No goal is worth missing life itself.

    2. Be present in all actions

Whatever you do, do it consciously. Doing something with half your mind concentrating on it and half of your mind already concentrating on the next task means not giving the best you can, and not getting the most joy you could from what you are doing.

    3. Accept the gifts of the moment

No matter how pressured you feel, don't forget to look at and accept the little gifts of the moment, be it a bird in the sky outside your office window, the smile of a friend or colleague or a friendly voice on the telephone. Be inspired by them and the pressure will leave you alone.

    4. Things go faster without rushing

Focus your energy on one thing at a time and do not rush while doing it. The more you practice this, the less inclined you will be to do more than one thing at a time and you will find that you manage your task much faster and with less effort than before.

    5. Take Your Time

Erase the phrase "I don't have time" from your vocabulary. The more you practice this, the more you will realize that you have all the time in the world.
