This book is The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy to the Fantasy genre. A fantastic and unusual romp through a land that is closer than you might think. I like the way Neil Gaiman thinks.

As much a work of art as a fantastic book that will probably appeal to literature fans as well as genre fiction readers. Also probably the most polished first novel I have ever seen. Highly recommended.

I love this series. The TV show did not do it justice. A wizard who operates as a private eye... sort of... This is a good book with lots of little twisty bits. The books just get more twisty as you continue reading this series too. Very nice series and highly recommended.

These books blow the Dresden files books out of the water and I love the dresden files books. I think he really has hit his stride with this.

My favorite Vorkosigan novel and the Vorkosigan novels are among my all time favorite Sci-fi series. Don't miss it.

I really like this book. It is sweet and enjoyable and a very unlikely love story. It does feel as if this book and the next one are two parts of the same book though. Worth reading.

Not for kids, even though the mail character is a kid. The first time I read this book I was 8 and I had nightmares for weeks. On the other hand, I love this series now that I am an adult.

This series is one of my favorites from OSC. I didn't like the last book but the rest are really cool. I do think the first one is my favorite though. This is a fantastic book.

I am not as crazy about these books as I am about some of Card's other books but they are good books, the theme just bugs me. Nevertheless, I do have them and someday I might even finish reading the series lol.

Written in the style of an American tall tale, though MUCH longer, this book is totally fun. I had my reservations about this book due to the author but one day someone gave it to me as a gift and it sat around for at least a year, until I ran out of books to read and was desperate enough to take a chance. Boy did I waste my time procrastinating lol. I think the one currently in my library is the 3rd one. I wore the other two out. This is a book I read at least once every year or so. Highly recommended.
