    Very interesting book, and it is heavily cited, but the research in this, and Prensky, and several other prominent books written by business "researchers" make very bold claims with irresponsible citation. They spend nearly a whole page on Bill Ferguson's "Eighty Percent Fun" idea, with no citation. I can't find any evidence of it online or in scholarly databases. This is not the only example.
