Hey, stranger? What are your plans for summer? Did you sell your house and how are ya' doing? Highly enjoyed: "The Little Giant of Aberdeen County" and "The Help". Let me know if you have any new favorites.

You MUST read "The 19th Wife"! I'm almost done and LOVE it! There's something about the past and present twisted together in hist fiction that keeps me burning up the pages...The mystery only adds to it and as I finish up, I'm compelled to learn more about these people. Polygamy!: What a subject for conversation...

That's ok, girl. I do understand and have been a little jammed up myself. Trying to put things in order is hard, but we'll both get some down time eventually. How's the house coming? Have you moved yet?
Middlesex was different and I don't know if I didn't grasp it or just didn't love it. In the end, I felt a little confused and left out (?).... The whole incest thing was a little weird, too.

What are you doing for your birthday? You should stop by for lunch and go to the bookstore so we can splurge on a book or two.

Let me know what you think of that one. I didn't like "The Namesake". Didn't feel it was really "about" anything in particular???

Hey..I know we've both been very busy. Still wondering what to read this summer. I want something as "unputdownable" as "Rush Home Road". I LOVED it. What are you reading?

Hey! Sorry... I haven't had a chance to read or review much. I need to get going on my "to read" pile. My tags are sad looking, too. Last couple of books I read sucked, so I've been a little dissapointed:(
