Books are my passion. I worked in a book store and library in high school/college and have a degree in English. My dream job would be running an independent bookstore/coffee shop. If there is a heaven, I imagine it has an endless supply of mochas, diet coke, books and all manner of animals - wild and tame. All-time favorite authors include Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Toni Morrison, Faulkner, Shakespeare, Vonnegut and Flannery O'Connor. Current reading consists mostly of fiction and mysteries, especially books set in other countries (since I don't have the time or money to actually go there myself at the moment). « less
