Lord Byron? I am honoured to hear from you - and that you like my shelf. What did you think of 'How the Catholic Church Builr etc...' What an eye opener? Oh - and your profile doesn't scare me - but perhaps it might be a good idea to keep the light on?

    Do you speak portuguese?

Se não falas devias falar. É a tua lingua materna. =)

Thanks. You have a nice little mix yourself. Have your read 'The Painted Veil' by Maugham? I saw the new movie and I am wondering if the book is as good or better.

I have not read it, but it does look interesting. I'm sorta focusing on ancient religions right now, and then will move my way up through time. It might take me a while to get to this book, but thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely keep it in mind. And if you're really drawn to the dark side of life, we will have much to talk about.
