As you should well know by now, I am Elfy.
I am an elf living in the lands of Beyond.
Beyond is a mystical place, and though it rightfully belongs to the elves, it is also home to many species that were originally ruled by the four rulers- Moon, Shine, Ice, and Shade.
The legend begins, as all Elven myths start, "Once upon an elf," and it continued as follows, "the Holy Arathni created four Races in Society. She named them the Moon, Shine, Shade, and Ice Races, and they were to live in harmony forevermore. But they disobeyed Aranthni and conflicted with one another often. The Shade and the Ice Races often challenged each other to magical duels and other unethical activity. Ice tried to stand out against the foolish actions, but Shade was very bloodthirsty. He took over the Kingdom of Ice on a surprise attack and joined the two Races together, becoming one under Shade's rule.
Moon and Shine, however, formed another race, the Shield Races, who had magic beyond the dreams of Shade. There was a long and gruesome battle, and many died from both Races. Moon and Shine prevailed, but Shine was one of the fatally wounded, so the Shine Race was ruled under Moon, and would be known as the Shield Races. After Shade's defeat, he took his Race back to his homeland on the outskirts of Beyond, and built a cave there, known as the Whistlewinds. It was here that Shade returned and mourned for his spirit to become whole again, and it was here that he sacrificed some of his top lieutenants and soldiers, in return for riches and wealth from evil spirits.
Some creatures decided to abandon Arathni in the War, so they were rightfully exiled out of Beyond. They came back, though, and are now known as the Tribe of Others. Harmony was never settled between the two Races, but they would remain under Her watch forevermore." The tale ended, as all Elven tales end, with the words, "Thank thy Holy Spirit that even the evil all live still."
As a dedication, I would like to thank the following elves, fairies, witches, and magical creatures alike.
My Assessor- for showing me my Gift.
Raisel- for your witch-ly spirit. (I'm just teasing.... I know you like being called "Mageress")
Taintya- for being a fairy companion like no other.
Jiana- for being an Earth-girl that I want to be closer to.
My mother- for bringing me to beyond
Arathni- for life and light.
Moon and Shine- for battling until the end
The elf commander- for following my orders though they were wrong
Kiriko- for having the power to manipulate me- it requires a lot of strength
Ravyn Kyng- for courage to stand up to me though we are enemies
As a conclusion I would like to say a few words:
There is a stage in life in which any creature- whether it is an elf, a human, or a fairy, sees no more reason to live. I have reached the part of my life in which I believe that life goes on while my being dies. As long as my spirit lives on, nothing else matters. I will leave Beyond and all I have ever known behind and step into the open-mindedness of death. I don't care how it happens, when it happens, or why it happens. I just want to get over with life. Only then will I be truly united with Arathni. I will say goodbye to Jter, which will survive. Jter will still be there to represent my loss. Therefore, I must leave.

Elfy's Last Words:"Raisel, Taintya, Jiana, this is where I am meant to be. In the Garden of Arathni, under a small tree in the ancient woods. You will all be happy together, and while I will die and we all must go our separate ways, Jter will live in peace together forever. Long live the Nameless world. Long live Beyond. Long live the Shield Race. Long live Arathni. Long live.... Jter. Farewell, my friends, farewell, Beyond. Farewell, Jter."
And ever so slowly,
I lay down on the earthy soil,
closing my eyes peacefully,
and I succumbed to a
never-ending,
never-dying,
never-ceasing,
eternal, dreamless sleep.
I drew in one last deep breath,
my last breath of Beyond,
of spring,
and of life.
I sighed,
smiling,
until the wave of death
collapsed onto my soul and....
I close my eyes,
I hold my breath
Follow me-
On the Path of
Death.
