Lashawn, I found The Shack quite interesting too. It is a great healer for those who have faced sudden loss, tragedy, abuse, abandonment, betrayal, rejection and calamity. From your shelf it seems you are quite a reader. I'd like to suggest you read, A Step Into Deiverance by Toni Pugh. Unlike The Shack, it is an autobiography, but like The Shack it is controversal. Scriptural, anointed, challenging and thought-provoking. I'd love to hear your comments.

Hey Lashawn! Yeah I got in my mood and read 2-3 books in about a week. I started both Ms. Etta's Fast House and When God Pursues a Woman's Heart and never finished either one. I started the Yada Yada also. I think I was in a different mood when I started all three of these books. I'll pick them up again later and probably read each of them in a couple of days.
