  Hey elle, heh been busy working. speaking of spring the mood booster, a friend was telling me about a newspaper frontpage headline this morning, i didn't see it ofcourse, that we have 10 years to save the planet.
  
  the heat is going bonkers here. people get crankier, traffic gets worse, the humidity stinks. so much for a hello :)

  My recommendation? The Kitchen God's Wife by Amy Tan. Thick book, but a quick and fascinating read. She really invokes all of your senses and pulls you into her story. :D

  Hi, L! Hmm, let's see... i was busy working on a scrapbook for my sister over the holidays, attending family get-togethers (my husband's, a lot of relatives come home for Christmas), then i re-arranged the house and did major cleaning up, then school started again so i was my usual kind of busy, then i got sick and now i still have a little cough. Boring stuff.
  So tell me about your trip to Germany!!! Were you able to communicate with the locals after studying the language? Drank beer with every meal? How did it go?:)
