If there's anything I love (besides the modern day warrior I married more than 25 years ago and our two fabulously talented daughters) it's reading books (hey, I wouldn't be here otherwise!) and writing books. Kind of a written word addict, you might say, and yes, deprive me of my books and/or my keyboard and I will go into withdrawal. Might even hurt somebody, lol.

Luckily, or maybe not so luckily, there are more books than there is time, and two publishing contracts are keeping me more than busy these days. My March 08 release, FORTUNE'S KISS, is a historical romp in which a dashing adventurer and a dazzling homebody team up to grapple with the mystery of a missing fortune, mistaken identity, murder, a dreadfully cute spider and the consequences of gooseberry pie!

I also write under the pseudonym Allison Chase. My first paranormal historical, DARK OBSESSION, set on the wild landscape of 19th century Cornall, was released in May 08. It's an emotional and sensual story of two haunted hearts searching for happiness in a haunted house. The sequal, DARK TEMPTATION, will be released on Nov. 4, 2008.
