I have always loved books! Each one takes me into someone else's world - real or not - and I get to hang there for awhile. Sometimes I have things in common with the characters, other times they totally annoy me. Reading seems to help me decide what I value, what I like, what I desire to see and do. The words of others teach me about myself....

I have always loved books! Each one takes me into someone else's world - real or not - and I get to hang there for awhile. Sometimes I have things in common with the characters, other times they totally annoy me. Reading seems to help me decide what I value, what I like, what I desire to see and do. The words of others teach me about myself. How can that be?! Do my words affect others like that?
God gave me the man I asked Him for as a husband, and the adventure of our marriage just gets better with age. We prayed for years for children, and apparently seven years of prayer produces good fruit! Again, God said yes, three times! The oldest is now 15, and I continue to pray that they will grow strong in faith, wisdom, and love.
Some of my other loves are football, lipstick, and graphic design. I also enjoy writing. But books... oh, I do love books!
