What is Shirley Jump's new suspense book called? Is it out for the public? What is her pen name for the book?
I know, I saw The Outsiders on someone else's shelf and thought, I loved that book, I should add it to mine! Right now I am half way throught with Fool Moon, the second in the Dresden File series.
I have only read the first one. The rest of the books are in my class library for the students. Eventually, I will read the whole series. Right now I'm trying to find time to read our Book Club books. School has really hindered my reading time :-(
I just got the 4th book in the Percy Jackson series (by Rick Riordan). The last book in the sereies is only in hardcover, so I'm going to wait on that one. I will send the book with my messenger next week or I can give it to you on Wed. at Book Club.
There two more books in the series. I haven't gotten a chance to pick them up at Borders, but hope to soon (before my Borders Bucks expire). I know I have a very reliable go-between from you to me...J.M.
Thanks Linda for the info on joining the group.
Tamela is having trouble joining our group. Maybe you could walk her through it. Kelly helped me and I have forgotten how to do it.
Thanks.
Call me stupid...I don't know how to do that:(
Tried Winkie and they still don't have it in their collection:(
I had the title wrong. No wonder I couldn't find it :(
I can't find Wink in Shelfari's collection of books. Who is the author?
I forgot to tell you last night that Elizabeth Berg was one of the authors hosted in Lake Forest, IL (where my sister lives). The local artist colony, Ragdale, where Elizabeth has done some of her writing, has authors come to be entertained by local residents. Other people buy tickets to attend the various dinners to raise money for the artist colony.Remind me later and I'll give you more details.
No, I haven't. Is it also by Carol Goodman?
I just finished The Night Villa by Carol Goodman. Would you like to borrow it?
I'm glad the kids liked The Elevator Family. When I read it to my class, years ago, they enjoyed the family's silly antics.
Let's do noon on Moday at Ukrop's and we can eat while we talk. See you then.
Either one works for me. Give me a time and a place.
When do you have a day without children? We could get together to talk about The Shack. I read it last summer, but I think I remember enough to have a decent discussion.
Hi Linda!Hey would you mind letting me borrow Samurai's Garden when you are finished. Just give me a call and I will stop by pick it up when you are done.See you soon!!
