BEA takes place the first weekend of June every year and attracts about 35,00 booksellers, librarians, publishers, authors, etc. This year we have teamed up with Shelfari to create a community of readers to have a voice at BEA. Visit the BEA Lit Insiders Group on Shelfari to share your favorite forthcoming books and we'll create an event at BEA based on your feedback. You may not be able to attend the show (trade only, sorry!) but you can influence what we do there and what books get highlighted. Cool, huh?

I read mostly non fiction, but love short stories and good fiction usually discivered by a trusted reccomendation. I'm a former bookseller so I know my way around a book store....
