Dracula: Hearts of Stone (Dracula is a good guy)
"This is book one of what I believe is a apart of a three book series. This was an interesting take on the typical Dracula story, and I loved it. I am not a fan of this genre. The only other vampire tales that I've read was Twilight. And, let me tell you this is nothing like it. I was interested in the premise of a suicidal Dracula." L. Collins

Unrealistic or not my writing gives me hope. But with something like 50 000 books published a month it is a little discouraging. I can just picture my book underneath that pile being crushed. I didn’t think there were that many writers. Must be a factory out there producing them like peanut butter cookies.

Thats really funny about Defending Jacob! :) I loved that one too, was kind of a surprise (love when that happens!). I'm on vacation for next 10 days, cant wait to work on my stack. Finished The Light Between Oceans today. Def recommend. About to start the Second Empress (Michelle Moran- got hooked on her w/ Heretc Queen, not my usual but her writing is great!).
Oh... I remember hearing that. I think I have that on my planning to read list (which is incredibly long!!!). Just finished Emily Giffin's Where We Belong. Started this morning and couldnt put it down, even cried at one point. Definitely recommend. :)

Havent read anything he's written. Ill definitely check it out. I have done that many times (started reading something I realize Ive read before).... thats one of the things I love about Shefari. EASY way to check before buying! NOW if I could get them all added. :)

I've had a few like that recently too!!! Bought new Grisham, Baldacci & Patterson books today. Started something this morning though so they're sitting on the table taunting me. :)
Saw you need a 5 star book - try Falling Together by Marrisa de los Santos. Beautifully written! I also highly recommend Love Walked in, her first book if you havent read that. :)
I love the site, update it as soon as I finish something and actually enjoy scouting others shelves for new authors to try! I have only added about 25% of the books in my library.. trying to get back on track! I have done the same thing- starting a new one only to realize read it before. Hoping this keeps me from doing that again! Take care!
