I read just about every night before going to sleep.

I love reading out loud to others.

My family made weekly trips to the library when I was growing up in Phila.

What an inspirational person! While struggling with disease and the near future of leaving his family, he found a way to parlay his life lessons.

I thought this was a nicely written book ... especially enjoyed the literary references. I also liked that it was in Phila. (my birthplace).

It seemed a bit pat in places but I liked the way the relationships were described

I loved this book initially. Such sensual descriptions of Italy .. the landscape, the food, the people. Then, after a while, I got really tired of the food descriptions and the recipes.

I listened to this book for about 20 hours. Only once or twice was I unable to listen ... This is an amazing and somewhat fictional account of one of the Lost Boys of Sudan. He went through an astounding amount of hardship as a young boy. I highly recommend this book.
