Reading has long been my favorite thing to do. When I was in school, I could always be found with my nose stuck in a book, even when it wasn't supposed to be! I'm the one who got detentions because I would slip novels inside my school books. I finished most of the classics before I graduated. Nowadays, I still have a hard time balancing household, spiritual and family obligations with my overwhelming desire to read. One of my favorite things to do is browse old, used book stores. I also love to visit the library. I go about once a week and usually come home with at least 3 books! I have quite a library at home too. I have a collection of Anne Perry, Georgette Heyer, Daphne DuMaurier, Mary Stewart, John Grisham, Michael Crichton among many others too numerous to mention. My favorite genre is mystery.
Oh ...... and I also enjoy cooking and crocheting. « less
