Yes, the Tipping Point is a fun approach to thinking about change. Fast read, too.
I recommend "The Tipping Point". It's a fast, informative read, and having an inkling of some of what are sometimes the hidden reasons for change can sometimes help you stay on top of 'em!
"On the Tipping Point" - It's an interesting read. I also find that some of his ideas on managing change actually work in the real world.
"The Tipping Point" - it depends on what you're looking for. Not too deep, some interesting stuff, and a good read to refute those who misquote it.
