Greetings, Shelfari fans! I am a somewhat new author, self-published my first book, Forever Endless Night, a gothic horror/vampire novel
February 2011, and its sequel, Escape the Endless Night, on Halloween, October 31, 2012. The books are historically accurate, set in colonial Massachusetts a century after the famous or infamous Salem Witch Trials.
The synopsis is pretty straightforward and can be read on the back covers of the books by Searching Inside the book at Amazon.com, or reading them at my new horror website, which can be found at http://woodhavenbooks.com. Come enter the dark world at Hamlin Manor, if you dare for a scare! The witch from Hell is there, along with ghosts, the vampire who cannot die by traditional means, and a few odd characters here and there. There are lamenting winds and dogs that howl in the black of night. Within the pages of the books are some dream sequences caused by Angelica Leary, an ancient witch who villagers thought they had destroyed in flames years earlier. You will meet the Devil himself, a warlock time traveler, and of course the Hamlins who reside at the huge old mansion atop the cliff at the sea's edge and not far from Hamlinville.
If you want a fright in the night, let it be this very night! Come and enter the dark domain that the villagers dare seldom ever tread! Hope you will visit the website and be sure to register or sign in and post your blog. Best wishes! Cordially, L.A. Wood
