    Jo estet Largo,
The only books of his I have read are on that list, plus you told me before that Memory and Dream was one of his darkest when I started reading that! Which is it? Did herself give you the dark is rising? So good, stuck into the second one at the moment, think I'll live this one as much. That should have been love, but that mistake is pretty accurate I'll wager.
    Happy reading x

Yes, I did hear Eddie L. live and up close in a venue of only about 25 in the audience. It was fun to talk to him and request types of stories....I love the scary ones. He also did a session on Irish literature complete with recordings of Yeats and others reading their own works. I adore all Yeats' poetry so I was in heaven!
Thanks for the additional recommendation of a story teller.

Thanks so much for the recomendations! Have you read the storyteller Eddie Lennihan? Great tales of Irish lore. I have one of his books and some of his tapes and was fortunate to hear him tell stories in Clare a few summers ago.

Since a visit to your beautiful country a few years ago, I love all things Irish. What books of historical Irish fiction or folklore can you recommend?
