“Excellent book for any book-loving foodies out there. Of interest even if you don't have Celiac disease. Shauna is an excellent writer who has a story to tell. Also quite comforting if you are a newly diagnosed celiac. ”

“An entertaining history of the wine cork and the recent pretenders to the throne. I'll never mind the alternative closures I've encountered again, knowing there are good reasons for their use. And now I understand why that bottle of "The Prisoner," (which wasn't as good as the raves) had a screwcap. ”
