    We hear "go gators" a lot around here. I think I had asked if you were moving to the central part of the state. You are way, way South of me! i love Florida. Since we've moved here (10 years ago) we have explored many of its hugely varying areas. The ecology and geography is so different from the Panhandle to the Keys. Good luck with your (possible) move!

    ooohhh - I just got Owl Killers from the library!! I managed to read six whole pages last night (before I had to switch to Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and I never got back to my book) but it looks very good.

    Well, you're right of course. And 49 is certainly too young to die. But mostly I feel grateful that we are doing well. I was never a stay at home mom. I always worked so it probably wasn't as hard for me to adapt.

    Do not be decived by the picture in the avatar. I'm not so young, 52. My husband's accident occured when he was 49. Without doubt it was still difficult, but all things are relative. I've a friend who lost her husband to brain cancer when she had two children under two. Thanks for your sympathetic comments.
