  Finally finished Water for Elephants- I know I'm slow lately. Just don't seem to have time to really get good reading time in. At night I fall asleep after like 2 pages. lol.

  Also know what you mean about the childish dialogue..as that's how i feel about the Morganville Vampire Series I have been reading- but i hate not reading a book, once I've started the series..especially since i'm at book 7 or 8...oh well. Borders in Camp Hill is closing, Dan and I are going tomorrow after he gets off work. 20-40% off. I hate to admit, but i'm sure we (Amazon) are a big culprit in their bankruptcy ...but it's no more money in my pocket

  you mean you got and email *from*...wow! very cool! how'd that come about?--i'm definately jealous!! wel maybe i will just get awakened from the library then. i'm finishing up torment right now! and also in the middle of diary- chuck palahniuk (another author you told me to read and i finally got to one of his books)

  ok so i picked up the first book last night at borders. i have a couple books i'm in the middle of reading and then i'll try and start the series. did you get awakened yet - the house of night series? is it any good?

  i totally miss our book talks as well..none of my other friends are as nerdy (in a good way)..i try to talk to peeps about books i read...and it just sort of ends the conversations! lol. reason # 637 why i need to come back to work at suburban...just saying

  I'm sort of writing some children's books (on and off) for the last few months myself... I am currently blocked as well and get very self conscious about it too... I know how you feel... it's kind of comforting to know I'm not the only one... but at the same time, it sucks to have that feeling.
