Dear Prof. I am delighted to see the ocean of "P Drucker's "books. Drucker's approach was purely on Leadership. I would suggest "Tom Peter's approach. His business predictions - approaches were really amazinging "Crazy times call for Crazy Oraganisations" 1992 was real example of what's it is today.
