“seems like I enjoyed it more the first time around...30 years ago. While I enjoyed the story (and had forgotten much of it) I found myself wondering if it would ever, ever end....the book is way, way too long. Some editing could have made the story shorter and probably even more powerful. Also, if she were more succinct in the details, the message would be more clear, especially John Galt's speech at the end. ”
