Hello Khoshfar, Am fine and doing well and I hope you are as well. I agree with you about your views on sociology and planning. Infact, over 60% of the people in Ghana live in overcrowded rental housing units provided by individuals. I have strong interest in housing so I wrote my undergraduate thesis on private rental housing and the revelations were stunning and disturbing. Total lack of control and massive abuse of tenants rights by property owners, lack national and local policy and support framework and horrible housing services. I hope that when I go back to Ghana after my master, I will be able to help in my little way that I can. Thank you for responding to my mail and I hope to communicate and share ideas. Enjoy yourself.
