    Khabira,
    Peace and blessings ,
I am sure that you are familiar with our teachings . Everything in life happens for a reason . We do go rough times and time of ease .There is not a single person on face of this earth who has never faced challanges and problems in life. This is part of our life we are created to struggle and survive. It is all around in nature. Sometime challanges are means to strenghten us.Highlight our own abilities and shortcomings. It depends how we look at life and what we learn from them .
You are right about appreciating what we have. Every day is a new begining everday is gift of God for us to accomplish our purpose of existence and to progess spitiually. Have a blessed day. My thoughts will be with you when you are at lake Erie :)

Dear Khabira, you remind me of my son when he was 3 or 4, hammering his cubes and stars blocks into place, a typical children's toy, when an earth quake hit Cairo .. the child looked up at his mom and said,"did I do that?"
LOL! No dear, it was not you. :))

This was due to that someone typed a code that switches the text into italics and forgot to add the 'end code' resulting in the bug.

Post as much as you want dear, you are most welcome.

I wanted to get back to you regarding The Dreaming. It was a good book. I learned a lot about the aborigines but I thought the story ended abruptly. Other than that it is a good book. I gave it 3 1/2 stars
    Hope this helps

Don't mind at all... thanks for the visit. I've been in the process of relocating and spent a good chunk of the afternoon today removing my (many, many) books from their boxes and putting them on shelves.

Dude!! TIN TIN hahaha!!! [3 I used to "lose"(aka keep) all those books from the local library and denied their location... I think my mom had to pay some ridonkulous amount of mula for the library fees :P we still joke about it now though, she ended up finding my book stash 8 years later . . . :")

    Truly so.
The evolution is on and despite the seeming uninspiring situations all around, man will strive for Divinity. The sincere aspirations for which the sparks are already there will bring down the manifestation of the Divinity within the human race. For this of course efforts at the individual level are equally important which will have a bearing at the level of the family followed by the corresponding levels of society, nation and world.

You are absolutely right.Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa, the great mystic and guru of Swami Vivekananda used to say 'Jato mat tato path'.Said in Bengali,it means athere are as many paths as are opinions. The intention is all the paths lead to the realisiation of the Divine.Illustrating it,the great mystic has said one may say 'water' in English or 'paani' in Hindi by two different persons drawing water from the same well. However the intrinsic property of the water remains the same.In whatever name and path we may follow, the Divinity is one.Our sincere aspiration and yearning makes us nearer to Him.
