    Sooo... I guess you are in beautiful Southafrica right!?? I think we are going to Vanvouver, WA for Thanksgiving... don't exactly know if it is close to olympia... I gotta ask Josh, or check it! =) If it is, YES OF COURSE we can meet and hang out!!! and eat all organic food right?? =) I am gonna read my book "A History of the American People"... wich is VERY thick... =) besos!!!

    okay i confess openly i am TERRIBLE at remembering names...but my two favorite Thai resturants are....drum roll...well one is on Winchester (CAMPBELL) i believe it is between williams and stevens creek...i'll look tomorrow on my way to work..and the second one is on i believe 4th street in San Mateo on the left side after you pass starbucks on the right. hahaha..i know i am bad. oh i have a good one for lunch in aptos on main street...name ?? WHO KNOWS! ha. i will email you a few recipes later tonight. hope this helps...next time i will look at the names of the places i eat, sheesh!

    thai food in the states is not even close to the authentic thai. BUT, we try! I have never burned more taste buds in my life as when i lived in thailand!! They add WAY more spices and a LOT more fish oil!! I took the coconut workshop this weekend from Robyn and OH MOMMY...so amazing. 8 new recipes to blend into my diet. Wow..you seem quite healthy with those high percentages of RAW food and veggies. Nice. If ya ever need a good recipe let me know...I have a few that are going into her new book...

    i am not a rawest...i was a vegetarian for the year i lived in thailand because i got sick on "chicken". now i eat a little bit of meat and fish BUT i am trying to move my diet toward eating at least 50% raw....it will take a while but that is my goal. i am assisting robyn with a coconut workshop this weekend, should be fun. we are fixing 8 recipes!! when i work with her the recipes are easy to make...BUT honestly to become fully raw it is quite laborous indeed. i am not sure i am up for sprouting every day and milking the almond cow yet!! so are you a vegan or vegetarian? do you have any good non cook books to recommend?

    I noticed when I was leaving a message for Tembi that you wanted to buy "rawsome" is it by Robyn Boyd?? If so, I have personally prepared (with Robyn..good friend) 14 recipes out of this non-cookbook. AMAZING! If you are in the bay area, you should take one of her raw food workshops.
