Yes, sometimes authors are split in two different pages. It sometimes takes some time after the combine is approved but it will.

Good evening. I saw your request to change the previous form of your author name. I've approved changing Kenneth Cain into Kenneth W. Cain, but edited the sort name to be Cane, Kenneth W. This has to do with readers' expectations who sort their shelf alphabetically and might want to find you in the C of Cain section. This is the usual criterion in Shelfari...

...Unless there is something I didn't know about the form by which you want your name to be known. Please let me know if you disagree with my change. In general, rules have their exceptions...
