I am young author and recently published my first novel, The Rising Storm. I felt that a fiction that brings together themes of sexuality and faith is an ever-important subject matter. In The Rising Storm, two characters from different walks of live come together during a crisis situation and must confront their differences, prejudices, and views of faith.

In addition to being a fun read, it is my hope that The Rising Storm will serve as tool of learning and education for those courageous enough to want to learn. It is also my hope that The Rising Storm will foster healing for those who have experienced the plight of discrimination and the injustices of bigotry, particularly young people.
