I have always loved to read. I read everything that is put in front of me and actively pursue new books. I hope to someday open a used bookstore.
I read *mostly* Christian books of all genres. I particularly enjoy fantasy, anything with dragons is good. I read a lot of young adult and juvenile. I like mysteries also, particularly animal... more »

Hello Kat, I read Amazon has you as a member “with” Ted Dekker & Tosca Lee’s “Mortal” on their shelf, so I’d like to recommend another Christian Thriller, "The Diaries of Pontius Pilate.” It draws upon the author’s military background and has great reviews. “Diaries” is not a vanity or self-pub book, but is published by Trestle Press, a small independent press outside of Philadelphia that gave a Christian novel a chance. Full disclosure - I wrote it and hope you’ll give it a chance.

    Best wishes, Joe Lewis www.josephmaxlewis.com

I would like to suggest reading THE ENDLESS HOUR- The True Story of a Haunted Soul.I completed publication
    in November 2010.

Over eighteen years in the making,THE ENDLESS HOUR is about an illustration I created in 1988 that became
reality two years later, which involves a spiritual death experience.

This touching and terrifying true story is not only about me.It is also about... you.

For more information go to theendlesshour.com. Once you enter the website you can watch the book video and
read reviews. You may also want to visit amazon.com and read the first seven chapters of THE ENDLESS HOUR.

    Thanks,
    Jesse

Thanks for the review, Kat. I have to say you're right that Field of Blood has no Christian characters, except for one--Cal Nichols. Just wait till you read Haunt of Jackals, the sequel. Many more things will be revealed!

    Dear Kat,
I am very amused to know that probably your cats are also fond of reading. One of the jokes that I enjoyed very much was that a man was watching a play. During interval he noticed that sitting next to him was a gentleman ,and in the seat next to him was his dog. A little sarcastically he asked the gentleman if his dog is enjoying the play.
The gentleman turned to him and said ,"he liked the book better than the play."
    wishing you a nice day,urmil.
