katie- excellent shelf. somse of my favorites are there: The Giver, Where The Wild Things Are, In Cold Blood (if you haven't read the Executioner's Song by Mailer...I also suggest that), Douglas Adams book, Tom Robbins books, House of Leaves (that was really something).
