Can't believe you would forget about the "protein" sandwich, or especially the dog!

I'll let you off this time.

    Nice Shelf !
I've read a good deal of the same books, and was able to garner a number of titles for my wish list based off of your nicely crafted reviews. It was surprising to me that you didn't think too much of _King Rat_ by Clavell, which I thought was excellent, yet gave a great review to _Prey_ by Crichton. Could it be that you were seduced by the technology ;D I liked his use of the nanobots and references to flocking theory, etc., but overall I didn't think it was a terrific story. Passable.

Thanks again for taking the time to write all those helpful reviews.

Oh, btw, I just finished _The Ballad of the Sad Cafe_ by Carson McCullers and thought it was excellent. I noticed you gave high marks to another of her stories.

Dear Katamaster: I am an author from Massachusetts. My debut novel, HUNTING THE KING, was published last year after years of rejection slips. If you enjoy page turning thrillers, HUNTING will take you on quite a ride. ForeWord Magazine said, “Given such an auspicious start, the sequel can’t come soon enough.” The novel features Molly O’Dwyer. When Molly was five years old, she witnessed her mother die in a fire Molly believes she started. She never knew her father, so her own past is shrouded in mystery. After her mother’s death, she is raised on the campus of a Jesuit college in Boston. Now many years later, an archaeologist, she is recruited to participate in a dig in war torn Iraq. The passionate scientist in her is compelled to uncover whatever is buried under the sands of ancient Babylon. The observant Catholic in her is scared that what she finds may have profound consequences for her faith. There is a heart-pounding YouTube book trailer for HUNTING THE KING, which will give you a good sense of the pace and theme of the novel. I hope you’ll take a look and let me know what you think.
