    It did. I took issue with some of his recommendations though. I need to reread it. My brain has changed, so it would be interesting to see how I find it not that I understand some of the concepts he uses more accessible.

    The books that are on my site are up to date, in the sense that they say whether or not I own them... the ones on my wishlist are not ones I own... I think I just picked Twilight cos someone else had been reading it... no deep story behind that... Giulliani's book was interesting to me because of where I was in my life... and my career to be more exact and I found him interesting because I didn't think he was particularly likeable but he is... I'm alsmost done with him... I won't be surprised if I don't finish it though... because I'm not there anymore, and that's ok.
    I don't use the site a lot at the moment but that's prolly cos I don't read a lot at the moment. Soon as I'm back I'm moving into my new place which has lots of room for just me to relax and read and there's no TV etc so I think I'll use it more when I'm reading more...

    hope you're well. Still reading Ben Okri's 'The Famished Road'... let's talk about him on the phone sometime, yah? He's certainly one of the stalwart authors of our continent. you should Absolutely read anything he's written just about.

    Good to hear from you. I am about half way through the Mother Teresa book. She is inspiring but it is not a simple read like a novel. I am also reading The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography by Sidney Poitier. He is also very inspiring and teaches many wonderful lessons about living a meaningful life. Next week is a holiday week for my family as it is Thanksgiving. My daughters and their husbands will be home for the traditional turkey dinner. Hope work gets easier for you.
