All my life I’ve had this thing for storytelling and writing. At three years old, I could read and write like a five year old, and I spent a lot of time putting those skills to use. I made little four-page books out of folded notebook paper as gifts for birthdays and Christmas, or just as an I love you gift. (My mom still has one I made for my brother when he was born).
For years, I let story ideas boggle around in my head until I was twelve, when I finally started trying typing. It took several years, but I have finally come to a point where I can write a story and keep my reader interested. As a writer, I want to be able to keep my readers turning the pages late into the night, and give them something to think about long after they finish the last page.
Laughing is, honestly, my very favorite calorie burner.
I have a rottweiler named Kira, and she thinks she’s a chihuahua. I also have a chihuahua named Snyder, and he thinks he’s a rottweiler. Seriously.
I’ve lived in Texas my whole life (so don’t make fun of my accent! Just kidding, I make fun of it, too).
My top three favorite things in the whole universe is, my God, my family, and my friends. Yes, in that order.
My dream (besides being a famous author) is to get married and have a family. Needless to say, I am very blessed.
My first novel will be published this summer.
