Welcome to my bookshelf. I have read all of the books that I have put on my shelves. I love to read, but I guess you already figured that out, since I have joined this site. I also love a wide range of music.
I love the way a book feels in my hands and I love the anticipation of opening a new book and entering a new world. In a blank... more »

As one of my Shelfari friends, I would like to invite you to be among the first readers to review my new book "Moments of Forever: Discovering the True Power and Importance of Your Life" (a registered Shelfari title). It is a practical study in metaphysics that will help you find greater meaning in your life. It has been available for just a few weeks but it has already gained much acclaim within the large iUniverse publishing house—receiving the “Editor’s Choice” award and being honored as a “Rising Star” title. “Moments of Forever” is a book that will benefit and enrich the lives of people for many years to come. Please help me launch this very special book with your personal Shelfari review.

    Thank you!

Nope, never been to Omega. Wished I could but cost is an issue. I assisted the anatomy program a couple of years ago but it was for the massage students.
I find Kundalini intergration is tough in my neck of the woods.........kudos to you for teaching it!

I just read your profile & really resonated with the anticipation of opening a new book. I especially love a brand new book. I'm mostly a library gal so I really enjoy being the first to read something :)

I loved the positional therapy workshop at Kripalu. Check & see if "Lee" is teaching it, he's wonderful. I found most of the participants were massage therapists & working with them was so inspiring, I went back to school for my massage therapy license. Best of luck.....

Thats such a beautiful poem and thank you for sending that to me! Oh yes, thank you for the note! And if you have not yet had a chance to see that cool device I may have told you about, you should really go see it. First just go to the website so that you can see the machine. Then just click on any of those links you see in that box you see above the machine. Those links should help you understand some of the amazing ways that the machine is being used. I think all of that info is great and I hope it helps. So just copy and past this into your browser and you will see it here: www.thisispk.org/raddemo.html

    Happy Weekend, Lynn!

I'm sorry to read about all the stuff you've been going through, but I can see how it helps you to value life more too. I hope you have been able to get some healing time for yourself.

I just got back from the Caribbean on vacation. I went on a cruise and got very sunburned but had a phenomenal time. It's nice to be back home though and sleep in my own bed.

Hope all is well at the moment.

    Lynne,
I was just thinking of you for some reason (I'm not really sure what it was) the other day and really felt the urge to drop you a line and see how you've been in the months since we last posted to each other! I hope all is on the road to well and that you're enjoying what 2008 has had to offer so far...the lilacs are out here...one of Rochester, NY's telltale signs of summer on the way.

    Hi Lynn,

How are you doing? I think of you often when I attend yoga class and hope that you're still teaching in good health and spirit. I really hope you and your family are doing well and that you are getting the chance to indulge in good books often.
I'm still working on my large goal of writing and publishing a novel and moving to New England. The progress is slow but I am learning to enjoy the ride.

    Always,
    Ange

I too share your "book disease". My children shriek in horror when we come upon a bookstore when shopping and try to strong arm me away. Because they know it will be hours before we move on and they most likely will be lugging bags of books along with me :^)
